Our Process
Limited Warranty
- All Aetare diamonds are custom-made, one-of-a-kind products. Once production begins, cancellation, refund, or return is not permitted.
- We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects (e.g., cracks or inclusions caused by our processing errors) for 7 days from delivery.
- This warranty does not cover:
- Normal variations in color, clarity, or carat weight.
- Chips, scratches, or damage caused by setting, resizing, or everyday wear after delivery.
- Damage caused by third-party jewelers.
- To claim warranty, you must return the diamond in its original sealed packaging with proof of purchase.

Complimentary resizing
We offer one complimentary resizing within thirty days of delivery, for adjustments of up to one size. Please speak to us before arranging any work with a third party, as outside repairs may affect your warranty.
