The carbon is purified, graphitized, and placed into a growth chamber. There, under the same conditions that exist deep within the earth, it begins to crystallize. Atom by atom, layer by layer, a rough diamond forms. It takes weeks, not billions of years, and the result is the same: a diamond of extraordinary beauty, certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), and carrying a story that no mined diamond ever could.
