The AETARE Process
Your journey to a lasting legacy, from your first enquiry to the moment your diamond arrives home.
Customize Your Diamond
Begin by designing the perfect tribute on our website. You will be able to select:
Color – Choose your preferred diamond hue (e.g., Colorless, Fancy Yellow, Fancy Blue, etc.).
Shape – Pick your favorite cut (Round, Princess, Cushion, Emerald, Oval, and more).
Size – Select your desired carat weight, up to a maximum of 2 carats.
Jewellery Setting – Choose a ready-to-wear setting (pendant, ring, earrings, or bracelet) so your diamond arrives beautifully presented.
Bespoke Commissions – If you have a unique design in mind that isn’t listed among our standard settings, we can bring your vision to life. From sketching initial concepts to 3D modelling and final casting, we offer full custom design services, Simply reach out to us for a private consultation, and we will create a completely original piece centred around your Aetare diamond.
Once you have finalized your selections, simply confirm your order.
Secure Your Order with a 50% Deposit
To begin the project, we require a 50% deposit of the total cost. This secures your place in our production queue and allows us to prepare your personal AETARE Box. The remaining 50% balance will be due upon completion, just before we ship your finished diamond to you.
Receive Your AETARE Box
Within days of your deposit, we will dispatch your exclusive AETARE Box directly to your doorstep via DHL express shipping.
Inside your kit, you will find:
A collection container for safely storing your hair sample.
A precision weight scale to help you measure the required amount.
Detailed instructions and a prepaid return label.
Submit Your Hair Sample
For each Aetare diamond project, we require 5 to 10 grams of hair (human or animal).
Simply place your carefully prepared hair into the collection container provided.
Securely place the container back inside your AETARE Box.
Once the box is sealed and ready, let us know – simply reply to your order confirmation email or notify us through your customer portal.
We will then immediately contact DHL to schedule a convenient pickup directly from your address. You do not need to go anywhere or handle any courier paperwork.
The Transformation (4–6 Months)
Once your sample arrives safely at our laboratory, the scientific journey begins. Our team will extract pure carbon and initiate the diamond growth process.
The entire transformation – from carbon extraction to cutting, polishing, laser engraving, and IGI certification – takes approximately 4 to 6 months.
We will keep you updated at every major milestone, so you never wonder what is happening.
The process is documented through a chain-of-custody record, with updates at major milestones.
Your Aetare Diamond is Ready!
Now, you simply sit back and relax. We will handle everything from here.
Once your diamond is complete, certified by IGI, and expertly set into your chosen jewellery piece, we will contact you to settle the final 50% balance. After payment, we will ship your finished heirloom back to you via insured DHL express delivery.
You will receive:
Your finished diamond in its chosen jewellery setting.
The official IGI certificate – with the diamond inscription recorded on it.
A complete chain-of-custody record, documenting every step of your diamond's journey.
